Accounts Manager (Nightshift) – Client Services, Regulatory
This position will encompass managing various stages of projects through the studio and into production. Liaising with clients, sales, traffic, the studio and all other stakeholders to ensure that a quality product is delivered to our clients, on time and according to brief.
Required minimum education and work experience
- Matric + a tertiary qualification in administration/project management/commerce or advertising will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client services/project management with agency experience.
- An understanding of the process of delivering on integrated annual reports (IAR) including design, repro, and print as well as the digital processes associated with the web and mobile output, is essential.
- High levels of computer literacy particularly in MS Office essential.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable in a technology driven environment.
Key Performance Areas
- Ensuring clients’ needs and requirements are met.
- CEI statistics improve via execution and ensuring CS team abides by one agreed system and one workflow process.
- Implementation and Execution of agreed standards. Including overseeing the roll-out nationally. Supervision and monitoring systems and process usage and feedback on issues raised to further improve client experience.
- Interpretation of briefs to ensure understanding of all required elements in the project/campaign execution.
- Organising and controlling functions to ensure on-time delivery of a quality project, as per specs and on budget.
- Client Satisfaction – Ensuring a minimum customer experience Index (CEI) of 96%.
- Excellent inter-personal relations, managing client relationships effectively and ensuring that communication with clients, sales and studio results in client requirements are being fully met.
- Accuracy of information – through planning, reporting, administration, quality control, timekeeping and time sheets via our internal software.
- Assist in the professional growth of the Customer Services team.
- Control costs associated with projects.
Technical knowledge / competencies
- Ability to maintain the standards, disciplines, and procedures of the company.
- Fully proficient in MS Office, ZOHO projects

Ince (Pty) Ltd, a leading, dynamic investor marketing agency, has an exciting opportunity for Business Development Consultant at our Sandton office. The position involves responsibility for strategic business development initiatives, maintaining and growing an established client base, and pursuing new business opportunities. Ince (Pty) Ltd is located in the Wierda Valley, Sandton area, Gauteng, South Africa
This position would suit an individual who has experience in investor communication for listed companies; is passionate about business development; customer focussed, and results driven. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable working independently, presenting complex business solutions to C-suite executives. It is important to have a solid working knowledge of investor communications with a good understanding of the digital space and relevant platforms.
We are looking for an individual with Matric (Grade 12) and BComm degree or similar tertiary qualification and 3 to 5 years solid working experience in an investor relations agency/strategic marketing/consulting or advisory services for companies that operate in the listed environment.
This position would suit a person with knowledge of the reporting requirements for companies listed on the JSE and/or other stock exchanges, understanding of financial advertising, corporate action, integrated annual reporting, stakeholder communications and investor relations websites, have exposure to the workings of stock exchanges, and having your own trading portfolio would be useful.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Business development focus to meet or exceed planned revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
- Create and execute on business development engagement plans for each client.
- Prepare proposal for clients and negotiate contracts for existing and newly acquired clients
- Prepare monthly forecasts and financial reports of business development achieved.

Proofreader (Language Services)
The position involves reviewing, proofreading and doing quality control on JSE listed companies’ and other unlisted companies’ draft annual integrated reports, company circulars, SENS and Edgar announcements, marketing materials, websites, emailers and adverts, to ensure that they meet very stringent content, formatting and deadline requirements of the client and which we set for ourselves.
Required minimum education and work experience
- Matric and applicable diploma or degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as financial editor/financial proofreader/company secretary/integrated annual report specialist, who has had exposure to JSE listed companies.
- Preferably be multilingual/able to read in more than one language.
Key Performance Areas
- Mark up documentation in any digital format (pdf, Word, Excel) or apply traditional markups on hard copy, be familiar with editing practices and manuals of style used in industry.
- Work on project management software.
- Familiarise with digital security around highly confidential/sensitive company information.
Technical knowledge / competencies
- Superior English language skills, including use of punctuation, syntax etc.
- Familiarity with financial reporting terminology and conventions
- Up-to-date knowledge of the JSE regulations and Company’s Act as it relates to regulatory reporting compliance
- Knowledge of the revised King IV Codes of Reporting and Governance Principles for South Africa and how these impact on reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of the International Integrated Reporting Council’s framework that requires integration of the financial and sustainability reports
- A high level of editing and proof-reading skills.
