Joining the family business in 1976, Alban represents the third generation of Atkinsons to take the helm at Ince. With a diverse and varied experience over the course of his career at the company, his core passion has been to develop data and digital solutions across the product suite of Ince, firmly believing in the power of people and partnerships to deliver meaningful results.
Alban’s vision of connecting investors and stakeholders across the African continent and further afield continues to unfold as Ince goes from strength to strength.
Craig joined Ince’s Corporate Actions Department in August 2001 and was directly involved in the production management of various large corporate transactions from inception to final delivery and everything in-between.
Craig is dedicated to developing innovative digital solutions across Ince’s product suite, employing a strategic, solution-oriented approach. With extensive experience in end-to-end stakeholder communication, project execution incorporating digital transformation, he is currently leveraging technology to streamline, organise, and automate processes, ultimately enhancing data accuracy and analytical insights.
Dale has over seven years of expertise in project management and client service, and a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing and an Advanced Project Management certification. He excels at building strong relationships, streamlining processes, and driving strategic solutions to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences.
Dale combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, empowering his team to deliver on high standards and efficiency in every project.
Fadley Bundhoo is the General Manager of INCE Mauritius Ltd, a joint venture between INCE South Africa and Imperium Holdings Ltd.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University (UK). With over 20 years of experience in accounting and offshore administration, he has developed deep expertise across a broad portfolio of domestic and international business structures.
Fadley joined Intercontinental Trust Limited (ITL) in September 2005 and has since built a strong reputation for technical excellence and regulatory engagement. He works closely with key authorities, including the Mauritius Revenue Authority and the Registrar of Companies.
He is widely recognised as a leading XBRL specialist in Mauritius and South Africa, with extensive knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
Itumeleng has taken on diverse roles since joining Ince in 2008, showcasing her adaptability and a deep understanding of client needs.
Since 2019, she has led Ince’s Public Sector Division, focusing on regulatory compliance and stakeholder communication for non-listed organisations, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), National and Regional Government Departments, Municipalities, and Non-Profit Organisations.
Itumeleng partners with her clients to navigate reporting requirements, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success. She is passionate about helping organisations craft their value creation story while upholding the principles of good corporate governance.
Jana is a qualified Chartered Accountant who joined Ince more than a decade ago, moving from BDO where Ince was one of her first clients as an audit manager.
She heads up the finance, facilities and administration units.
Lauren is an admitted Attorney and Chartered Company Secretary with experience in litigation, corporate finance, and large-scale transactions. She has also worked with listed companies, locally and internationally, on regulation, corporate sustainability, and shareholder communications projects.
Lauren provides corporate governance and remuneration reporting services to our clients, which include large JSE-listed companies. She is responsible for authoring, editing, and proofreading integrated annual reports, and contributes to a range of shareholder communications. Her work includes the analysis and drafting of corporate governance and remuneration reports, as well as leadership statements.
Marion has over 15 years of experience in turning data into a valuable business asset, with a skillset in database management, data transformation and visualisation.
Marion’s focus is on supporting the company to use data to improve products and drive growth.
Nicci Gates has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, with a strong focus on research, strategy, and digital communication. She has led digital product development, UX strategy, and the delivery of high-quality digital and investor communication solutions.
As Head of Marketing at Ince, Nicci applies her digital expertise to strengthen the company’s communications and brand, with a focus on building a data-driven, digitally enabled future.
Roxanne Segers is a digital growth leader with over 15 years of experience in transforming audiences into engaged, revenue-generating communities.
As Head of Engagement at Media Connect, she leads with a strong focus on data, strategy, and meaningful connection. Combining deep direct marketing expertise with hands-on digital execution, Roxanne ensures that engagement is not just a metric, but a true competitive advantage.
Steven has specialised in corporate finance sales for the past 23 years, and has built up strong relationships in the investment banking community.
Steven has worked on numerous major corporate transactions as the Corporate Actions Manager (including MTN Zakhle BEE, Telkom’s IPO, Old Mutual Demutualisation, and the Sasol Inzalo transaction) and focuses on providing multiple solutions (digital and print) for the corporate action field.

Executive Chairman
Andile, a Chartered Accountant by profession, and current Chairman of the House of Brave Group, a fully integrated marketing communications group, is a seasoned entrepreneur, deal maker and operator of growth businesses.
Andile is passionate about entrepreneurship and founded I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR, a platform that helps grow and support emerging entrepreneurs.
Andile’s former experience spans investment banking with Investec Corporate Finance, COO of MSG Afrika, Managing Director of POWER 98.7 and Director of SAA. He has also served as the President of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa, as a member of the Takeover Regulations panel and a member of the FSB’s Directorate of Market Abuse.

Helen Atkinson has run her own Human Resources and Labour consultancy for over 30 years, primarily servicing the non-profit market and the independent school sectors. She has extensive experience in the areas of remuneration and benefits, talent management, labour legislation and associated processes, professional development and performance management.
She has occupied various governance positions on independent school boards and currently serves on the OISESA (Office of Independent Schools Evaluations Southern Africa) Board.

Servaas is a seasoned media professional with 25 years of experience spanning traditional and digital platforms. Beginning in radio, he built a strong foundation in media before transitioning into web development and digital marketing. This led him to the publishing industry, where he gained invaluable insights into the ever-changing media landscape.
As the Group CEO of Group Editors Company and the Group Executive Digital for Caxton & CTP, Servaas oversees the publishing, commercial printing, farming, and packhouse divisions within Group Editors, as well as the digital portfolio and investments at Caxton & CTP. His role involves driving digital strategy, managing assets, and ensuring sustainable growth across multiple media platforms.
Servaas holds a BCom degree from the University of the Free State and a Financial Accounting certificate from Harvard Business School Online.

Sivuyisiwe Msebi is a registered chartered accountant with over 6 years’ experience in finance and commerce. She currently serves as finance director of the Engeli Group. She serves as non-executive director on a portfolio of companies in different industries.
Sivuyisiwe holds a CA (SA) qualification.

Thandeka is a CA(SA), entrepreneur, and an experienced non-executive director . She is the founder and CEO of Thandeka Zondi and Associates, an investment and consulting firm that launched MoneyWorks Financial Services, a supply chain financing platform. After successfully exiting MoneyWorks, she now focuses on creating and investing in technology businesses that address financial inclusion and societal challenges.
With over 16 years of experience in strategy, finance, and innovation across public and private sectors, Thandeka serves as a non-executive director and chair of audit and risk committees in industries such as insurance, ICT, and investment management. Her work is driven by a passion for sustainability, financial empowerment, and inclusive economic growth.

Poloko is an entrepreneur with a background in scientific research, management consulting and governance advisory. He is the founder and Managing Director of William Radcliffe, a governance advisory and company secretarial consulting company.
Poloko has advised numerous listed and private companies on governance and executive remuneration matters. He has served as a non-executive director for a number of companies including, Halls Group, INCE, Deltamune, and CapeBio.
