    “207 456 members participated in the first Company virtual AGM. Proxy appointment and voting prior to the AGM were features of our offering.”

  • The Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund

    “Five elections for five board positions were conducted concurrently. 35 258 practitioners were eligible to vote of which 1 299 voted in respect of 40 nominees. ”

  • Bonitas Medical Aid Scheme

    “330 000 members were offered voting via USSD or Online as well as the ability to obtain data vouchers to attend the virtual AGM.”

  • Medshield Medical Aid Scheme

    “Members were offered the choice of voting via USSD or Online. Voting was conducted simultaneously with the AGM, for four Trustees out of 13 candidates. Members were also able to obtain data vouchers to attend the virtual AGM.”
