Ince Tracing Services

Ince Tracing Services is a new offering from Ince, formed through a partnership with Symphony Tracing Services who have over a decade of experience in Stakeholder Tracing. The partnership is a level 2 BBBEE contributor.

There is a substantial recurring administration cost associated with managing many lost policy holders, certificated holders, pensioners etc. Tracing programmes will provide updated contact details for these individuals which will facilitate improved communications with them.

All programmes will be conducted in accordance with the client’s corporate governance policies and practices. Implementing a tracing programme affords companies the opportunity to promote good corporate governance, prevent unauthorised tracing, reduce administration costs, diminish the potential for fraudulent claims and promotes a proactive and favourable investor relations sentiment.

Ince Tracing Services will trace, verify, contact and assist lost policy holders, certificated holders, pensioners etc from initial contact to the point that the entitlements have been received.

We offer full tracing & verification of individuals and companies, including (inter-alia):

  • ID Validation
  • Deceased Estates
  • CIPC information
  • Company details and directorships
  • Deceased executor
  • Surviving spouse and other relatives
  • Verification of account holders
