Ince employs close to 400 staff in our three operating regions of Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and Western Cape.

The company recognises its employees as its greatest asset and sees their wellbeing as a priority. To this end, Ince offers a wellness programme with an accompanying employee assistance programme. It also offers a competitive remuneration policy, compulsory provident fund and medical aid cover. A recent development has been the introduction of an individual incentive scheme, in which qualifying employees may earn a 14th cheque.

Aside from conducting a monthly employee satisfaction index (ESI) with every member of its staff, Ince also participates annually in the Deloitte Best Company to Work For survey.
