B-BBEE
Our B-BBEE status is Level Five and our customers spend with us is enhanced through our Value Adding Vendor status.
This means that our customers may claim 100% of their procurement value with us since the recognisable B-BBEE spend that can be attributed to us as a Level Five contributor, namely 80%, is multiplied by a factor of 1.25. (80% x 1.25 = 100%)
As a Proudly South African organisation, we are proud to be able to illustrate a balanced B-BBEE scorecard which encompasses ownership at shareholder level; investment at empowerment, supplier and board level; employment equity, skills development and social responsibility.
Ince is fully committed to providing equal opportunities for all South Africans.
In 2004, an empowerment consortium, led by Siyavuka Media (Pty) Ltd, acquired a 25,1% direct shareholding in our company.
The consortium’s primary shareholder is SIHOLD, the investment arm of the 200 000-member SA Democratic Teachers Union. Our involvement with the union has helped us to achieve our broad-based Black Economic Empowerment goals.
