QUALIFICATIONS: �
Matric /DTP Qualification and experience
EXPERIENCE:�
5 years experience in typesetting large documents and financials, Good grasp of English language, working knowledge of In-design CS4, Freehand, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft word, Excel & PowerPoint. CS5 will be an advantage
PERSONAL QUALITIES:�
Ability to meet tight deadlines, good attention to detail, reliable. Be prepared to work overtime, Ability to work well under pressure. Be able to prioritise and a team player.
MAIN TASKS: �
Producing and typesetting (on Apple Mac’s) of corporate documents.Creating graphs and doing the final bureauing of all corporate documents before printing.Ensure that for all jobs done that the “Designers, Typesetters, Proofreaders Checklist” has been complied with. Back up all work daily. Fill in time sheets daily on BAAN.
Checking that design has been implemented throughout
REMUNERATION: �
Salary will be commensurate with experience and benefits are in accordance with Company Policy.
