The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) recently held its annual awards ceremony to acknowledge excellence and best practice in corporate governance reporting. These awards, which are presented jointly by ICSA and the JSE Limited, are testimony to the increasingly important role being played by company reporting. Improving reporting standards is therefore a key objective for many companies.
